The Purpose Statement:
A group of men and women who give practical advice, godly wisdom, intercessory prayer, and seasoned counsel to us, who are on the Heavens Jubilee Team in any capacity needed. This team functions in a parental role of nurturing and serving as our spiritual fathers and mothers in Jesus Christ.
Job Description:
That they will be in preparation for the King before the Retreat. That they will attend the monthly prep meetings with any ideas, support, or suggestions to make the entire retreat run smoothly. That they will be in the spirit of hosting, hospitality, and welcoming throughout the entire time of the retreat. That they will help promote, design, and create
an atmosphere of God’s manifest presence in holiness, beauty, strength, and ceremony. That they will help take care of all the needs of the team and guests during the retreat to the best of their ability. That they will help the entire weekend run efficiently, orderly, and leisurely. That they will be responsible for preparing all meals, clean-up, and helping with all sleeping arrangements. That they will take care of any of the logistical issues or problems that may arise. That they will help take care of our guests who have any special needs. That they will function humbly in the gift of hospitality to help our guests feel welcomed, special, cared for, and warmed with the love of Jesus Christ.
“A Ministry of Healing, Praying, & Birthing in Christ”
The Purpose Statement:
A group of humble-hearted women, who are called by God to carry the following prayer mantle for the Heavens Jubilee Retreat & Ministry Team: To be trained in prayer as a conduit of God’s healing grace… so that those whom they pray for will be touched in the core of their being with the golden oil of His Healing Presence. To function as ministers of prayer for those who come forward to the altar, so that they would know the grace, the glory, and the power of His unconditional love. And to function as spiritual midwives so that His purpose of birthing life transformation, true sanctification, and genuine revival in the Body and Warrior Bride of Christ- may finally come true.
Job Description:
These are the requirements to function on the Core Healing Team of Heavens Jubilee Ministry: You are an active member in the local church with good standing. You have gone through, or are willing to go through the process of spiritual formation. You are willing to have the mindset of learning to be a vital and integral participant within team dynamics. You have gone through, or are willing to go through the material of Heavens Jubilee. You are willing to attend all training sessions. You have genuine humility with a soft, teachable, and pliable heart. You have experienced, or are willing to experience a deep inner healing from God in the core of your being. You are accountable, transparent, and active in a small group environment of prayer. You have a personal daily prayer life.
You are able to carefully discern the whispers of God. You are willing to fast and pray as God directs. You understand that functioning in God’s strength when you minister is non-negotiable. You have a complete trust in God, and can enter into His rest- even during external turmoil. You are willing to suffer persecution and wrong, even when you are right. You recognize God’s power in your own weakness. Your obedience unto Him is motivated by His unconditional love. You are willing to bless those who persecute you. You have a readiness to let others receive the credit. You are willing to forgive- no matter the offense. You are willing to decrease that God may increase. You have an attitude of authentic repentance for your sin.

Job Description:
The call of this ministry is to come together as a band of humble mediators- communing in one accord with each other in the presence of God. We say “yes” to His call so that our intercession would arise as a sweet aroma of prayer and worship for Him to inhale. We stand boldly in the gap at His altar on behalf of those who desperately need salvation, healing, deliverance, or transformation. And we especially stand in the gap for Pastor Patricia, her family, and every area of her life. That everything in her would glorify God to the utmost degree possible.
A Ministry that creates an atmosphere of holy worship.
The Purpose Statement:
A group of surrendered followers of Jesus Christ that come together to worship God in spirit and in truth. The group will create an atmosphere of holy worship that invites God into the room. In that atmosphere, those who are in worship will encounter the manifested presence of God. The purpose of the Worship Team is to understand that the
only One who really matters is God Himself, in order to minister directly unto Him. They have softened hearts, opened ears, and eyes that are fixed on Christ. They live a lifestyle of prayer and worship, immersed in His presence.
Job Description:
That they will be in preparation for the King before the Retreat. The ultimate purpose is to worship God with their entire being. Their life is based on continually bowing the heart at His pierced feet in extravagant worship. They will know that this is their place to humbly serve Him. They will exalt God to the utmost degree. They will show honor to Him in every song and in every word. It is to be struck with awe at the multifaceted attributes of His triune nature. It is to be amazed with grace at the glorious power of His magnificent holiness. It is to be lovesick with yearning at the profound beauty of His divine character. It is to simply want more of Him. It is to be continually aware of His indwelling presence as a lifestyle. It is to abandon self in humble adoration in worship. It is to offer God the minuscule speck of their very life as a living sacrifice of praise. It is to ask that the glory of His holy Presence saturate, infuse, surround, overshadow, fill, and penetrate the worshiping church in order to overflow with His living presence.
